Yes, you can change it via the bank's ATMs or through one of the branches.
The card is valid for 2 years and can be renewed upon the customer’s request.
You can get a card by visiting one of the bank’s branches and submitting the required documents based on the card type.
What should I do if I lose my card or it gets stolen?
In case your card is lost or stolen, please take the following actions immediately:
Visit the nearest bank branch
Call the Customer Service Center at 1540
Contact the Communications Department through official channels
Or report directly via the bank’s mobile app
Once reported as stolen, the card cannot be reactivated, even if later found, for security reasons. A new card issuance request will be required.
Important Note:
If the card is reported as stolen, it cannot be reused even if found.
