You can obtain the card by visiting one of the bank's branches and submitting the required documents according to the card type.

The card is activated upon delivery, or through customer service or the bank's ATMs, depending on the card type.

If your card is lost or stolen, please take the following steps immediately:

• Visit your nearest bank branch.

• Call the Customer Service Center at 1540.

• Contact the Communications Department.

• Or report it directly through the bank's mobile banking application.

Important Note: If your card is reported as stolen, it cannot be reactivated even if it is later found, for security reasons. In this case, please request a new card.

The card is valid for 2 years and is renewed upon request from the customer.

Yes, fees vary depending on the card type (Platinum, World Elite, Debit, etc.). You can check the service-pricing page for details.

International cards (such as Platinum or World Elite) can only be used outside Libya, subject to specified limits. Local cards are restricted to use within Libya.
