Frequently Asked Questions – Credit Cards

  • You can get a card by visiting one of the bank’s branches and submitting the required documents based on the card type.

  • The card can be activated upon receipt, or through customer service or the bank’s dedicated ATMs, depending on the card-issuing branch.

What should I do if I lose my card or it gets stolen?

In case your card is lost or stolen, please take the following actions immediately:

  • Visit the nearest bank branch

  • Call the Customer Service Center at 1540

  • Contact the Communications Department through official channels

  • Or report directly via the bank’s mobile app

Once reported as stolen, the card cannot be reactivated, even if later found, for security reasons. A new card issuance request will be required.

Important Note:
If the card is reported as stolen, it cannot be reused even if found.

The card is valid for 2 years and can be renewed upon the customer’s request.
